Diamond Class
Diamond Class service is the premier experience for those looking for extra touches of railroad magic and thrill throughout their Polar Express™ journey. With the best views of the North Pole, truly exceptional vintage rail equipment and the keepsake Polar Express™ mug not available anywhere else, Diamond Class is surely the way to a truly magical experience.
Important: Seating configuration in Diamond Class cars requires guests purchase tickets in even numbers. Groups of two are seated with another group of two, or parties of 4 are seated together. Groups larger than 4 people will be seated as close as possible to the rest of their party and is based on available seating at time of reservation.
Diamond Dome & upper level cars have either table or seat-back tray arrangements. We want you to be prepared for your experience aboard the train, however we are unable to accommodate specific preferences of table types.
First Class
Our First Class passengers are treated to cheery service in traditional railroad fashion while enjoying spacious seating in very special vintage railroad equipment. Get extraordinary views of the approaching The North Pole as Santa and his elves greet the train and all the passengers on board. An exclusive souvenir mug completes first class service, and let’s not forget to mention a delicious cookie and a wink from Santa as he walks through the train greeting each child!
